Tuber Sale Information - Please Read Prior To Purchase
Welcome to Carlisle Flower Farm's Dahlia Tuber Sale!
Sale begins on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 12PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Our tuber collection will be available to preview up until the day before the sale. We have added a "Wishlist" feature where you can add your favourites ahead of time. Just be signed into your account and click "add to cart" when the sale opens up!
Tubers will be marked "Sold Out" prior to the sale. We will password protect the website on Friday, March 7, 2025, to adjust tuber quantities and make sure things are ready for when the sale opens at 12PM EST on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
Before placing an order, please review our policies and terms below. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
Shipping
Canada Post Shipping: $17 FLAT RATE ACROSS CANADA
We only ship within Canada.
Combining Orders
If you place multiple orders, you only need to pay shipping once. After paying for shipping on your first order, please select the "Combine Shipping" option for any additional orders. Please use the same name and mailing address when combining orders. We cannot combine orders placed under different names, email addresses, or mailing addresses. Combined orders will be shipped together according to the schedule below.
Local Pick Up At The Farm
We are offering local pick up this year. Please choose local pick up if you're able to pick up on the following dates. If you're unable to pick up on the following dates, please choose the shipping option as we are unable to accommodate pick up outside of the following dates/times:
- Saturday, April 5, 2025 between 9am-5pm
- Sunday, April 6, 2025 between 9am-5pm
Shipping Timeline
- Orders will be shipped in April (as per weather conditions). Typically, mid-late April. We are shipping from Ontario.
Our Tubers and Quality Assurance
- All the dahlias were grown in our garden and have been carefully inspected.
- Tubers are sold individually and will have at least one viable eye or sprout.
- If we are unable to fulfill part of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund of the item we can't fulfill.
Plant Health and Disclaimer
We take pride in our plants and carefully monitor them throughout the season. We disinfect tools between plants when cutting flowers and dividing tubers to help prevent the spread of disease. However, please note that we do not perform virus testing on our plants and cannot guarantee they are disease free. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge these conditions and understand that tuber health can vary based on environmental factors beyond our control.
